슈퍼트러스트 몽골 법인 Bolor Geo Co., Ltd와 차간 톨고이 전략광물개발 프로젝트 관련 계약을 체결했다고 밝혔다. 현재 프로젝트 법인 지분 30%를 확보했으며, 추가 50%를 포함해 최종 80% 지분 확보를 위한 조건부 계약을 완료했다.
해당 광산은 약 6,481헥타르 규모로, 과거 (구)소련 지질조사 결과 규소 약 5,000만 톤, 석영 약 1,895만 톤의 추정 매장량이 확인됐다. 금 표본과 페그마티트 광맥, 희소금속 등 13개 원소도 매장된 것으로 조사됐다.
2023년 12월 중국 광물자원연구업체의 표면 샘플 시험에서는 리튬·희토류 등 44개 원소가 추가로 확인돼 전략광물 잠재성이 높은 것으로 평가됐다.
회사는 국제 기준인 Australian Joint Ore Reserves Committee(JORC) Code 확보를 위해 글로벌 광물 분석 전문기업 ALS Limited에 탐사를 의뢰할 예정이다.

The mining area spans approximately 6,481 hectares. According to geological surveys conducted during the former Soviet era, the site is estimated to contain approximately 50 million tonnes of silicon and 18.95 million tonnes of quartz. In addition, samples indicate the presence of gold, pegmatite veins, rare metals, and a total of 13 identified elements.
In December 2023, surface sample testing conducted by a Chinese mineral research institute identified an additional 44 elements, including lithium and rare earth elements, further confirming the project’s significant strategic mineral potential.
To align with international reporting standards, the company plans to commission ALS Limited, a globally recognized mineral analysis firm, to conduct exploration and resource verification in accordance with the Australian Joint Ore Reserves Committee (JORC) Code.
