To ensure the permanent and infinite operation of DeCT SuperSave, KWT will be formally redefined as a utility coin rather than a stablecoin.
Notes:
Since domestic regulations on stablecoins are underdeveloped and excessive regulation is anticipated, we are proactively responding by changing KWT into a coin format that does not fall under stablecoin regulations.
Once domestic stablecoin regulations are fully established, the company will internally review whether to redefine KWT as a stablecoin.
The current whitepaper, which defines KWT as a stablecoin, will be revised and reproduced to reflect KWT as a utility coin.
The currently disclosed proof of deposit balance will continue to be published. (Utility coins cannot have reserve requirements.)
Plans are underway to list KWT on overseas exchanges, which will facilitate the global expansion of DeCT SuperSave.
